Hybrid, done deliberately

Our workplace policy is hybrid: time together in Dubai for the work that benefits from a room, remote flexibility for the work that doesn't. Here's what that means in practice.

Hybrid by design

We operate a hybrid workplace: part of the week together in Dubai for design sessions, reviews, and pairing — the rest wherever you work best. In-office and remote days are agreed per team, not imposed one-size-fits-all.

Core hours, flexible edges

We keep a shared core-hours window for collaboration and client calls — including overlap with U.S. time zones — and stay flexible outside it. We measure output and reliability, not seat time.

Security everywhere

The same rules apply at home and in the office: company-managed devices, credentials server-side, role-based access, and client data never on personal accounts.

Deliberate communication

Hybrid only works with written clarity. Decisions live in documents, progress is visible in structured updates, and meetings have agendas — so nobody needs to be in the room to be in the loop.

In-person when it matters

Kickoffs, architecture decisions, and retrospectives happen face-to-face in Dubai. Deep, focused build work happens wherever you concentrate best.

Real ownership

Small team, real systems, real clients. You own features end-to-end — frontend to database — and see them running inside actual businesses.
