About Zylor Systems
We built software for our own businesses first
Zylor Systems didn't start as an agency chasing clients. It grew out of real operations that needed real systems.
Our founding group runs businesses, not just codebases. Through JB TradeX, a trading and import operation, we are the pioneers bringing adidas to Pakistan — officially linked with adidas.com.pk, where Zylor Systems develops the online store, inventory, and brand operations software. The same group carries import work connected with footwear names including Bata, Borjan, Hush Puppies, and KIJI. Through Jamil Builders, a construction and real estate business managing large-scale projects. Alongside that: systems developed for Kinnaird College, retail and business systems for Orvex Shoes, and DineNova, a restaurant management platform.
That background changes how we build. We know what a stockroom looks like at closing time, what a project site needs from a progress report, and what happens to a restaurant when the order flow breaks on a Friday night. So when we design an automation, a dashboard, or an ERP module, we start from the workflow — not from a technology preference.
Today, Zylor Systems brings that operator’s mindset to U.S. startups and businesses: AI automation, SaaS MVPs, APIs and integrations, chatbots and AI agents, CRM/ERP platforms, and full-stack applications — built by a team that understands both the code and the business it serves.
Systems over software
A feature list isn't a solution. We design complete systems — people, process, and software — and then build the software part exceptionally well.
Security by default
Credentials server-side, access controlled by role, data handled deliberately. The boring discipline that keeps businesses out of trouble.
Honest scope
We'd rather tell you a smaller system solves the problem than sell you a bigger one. Long-term clients come from honest first calls.
How we work
What working with us looks like
Business-first software thinking
Every system starts from the workflow and the P&L impact — not from a technology preference. If a simpler system solves it, that's what we build.
Practical automation, not complexity
We automate the work that actually costs you time and accuracy, with human review where judgment matters. No fragile over-engineering.
Real operational experience
Our background spans retail, education, construction, trade, restaurants, and import operations — we've run and built for real businesses, not just demos.
Full-stack product capability
Frontend, backend, database, AI, and integrations under one roof. One team accountable for the whole system.
Long-term support agreements
Software is an operating asset. We offer monthly support, maintenance, and improvement agreements so your systems keep pace with your business.
Clear communication, U.S. hours
Structured updates, honest timelines, and documentation you can hold us to — built for working with U.S. clients across time zones.
